We are looking for a results-driven and confident Finance Manager to manage and improve our organization's financial performance and direct our accounting operations. Duties for the Finance Manager will include managing accounting records, evaluating, and managing risk, ensuring compliance with regulations, publishing financial statements, overseeing accounting operations, analyzing financial data, coordinating auditing processes, and ensuring accuracy of financial information.

You will be working in a remote work environment with colleagues from United Kingdom, Ireland, Estonia, and South Africa. RiverFort has an office space in the centre of Tallinn, but also offers remote working possibility.

Your strategic planning and exceptional numerical proficiency as a Finance Manager will aid our organization in maintaining positive revenue and financial growth, formulating sound financial strategies, implementing proper internal controls, achieving organizational targets, and developing financial plans that support organizational strategy.

Requirements:

• Highly organized.
• Excellent leadership skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience with IFRS.
• Experience with funds is an advantage.
