Job description:
• Organize and coordinate work of the Recruitment team in Baltic States and Belarus;
• Represent the company in relations with key clients, attract new clients;
• Develop, improve and implement recruitment strategies, processes, KPIs, and best practices;
• Analyze search channels, their efficiency and costs;
• Analyze and improve candidate service experience and client satisfaction during the recruitment process;
• Ensure the implementation of plans and the achievement of the expected results;
• Identify and solve ongoing problems.
Requirements:
• 2+ years of successful management experience in recruitment (preferably);
• Good planning, organizational and time management skills;
• Analytical, initiative and result oriented approach;
• Empathy and people oriented personality;
• Good English language skills, Russian – advantage.
