We are on the lookout for an experienced, driven, hands-on and “I’m getting things done” HR Partner whose mission is to build a strong and people-driven culture that goes hand in hand with our core values and DNA. Whilst there are many initiatives already in place, there’s a lot more to do. Therefore, you will have the opportunity to drive and implement a lot of new things that support our business growth and people in general.

You will be part of a centric People team, but have your own dedicated HR team to focus on all people-related topics in Bombay Studios in Estonia.

🧐 What will your everyday work life look like?

As an experienced HR expert, you know that every day is one of a kind in the HR world. But to list out the main focus areas:

  • Culture and Values. Our culture is very important to us. We want to offer the best workplace for our people, where they will be challenged to do their best work and where everyone can make a difference. You need to be an advocate of that, driving and living by our values.
  • Ownership of the HR area. Your main focus will go on creating, supporting, driving and implementing all the people activities in the employee lifecycle - e.g. establishing and maintaining new processes, creating a recruitment strategy, performance management.
  • Strong Partnership. Be a strong partner for all the managers by providing HR expertise and advice in all people-related areas, from recruitment to exits. You need to create meaningful relationships with the key stakeholders and employees to support business development and change.
  • People analytics & data. Keeping an eye on the people's data, providing reports and overviews for business stakeholders where necessary. Take actions where needed.
  • Learning & Development. Initiate and coordinate Studio specific trainings aligned with the overall Group policies.
  • Leading a team. Lead a local HR team of two people, support their growth inside the organisation and make sure that together you will deliver high-level people services across the organisation.

?? Who are we looking for?

  • First and foremost we are looking for a good cultural fit. We need to see and feel that you have the same DNA as the rest of our people. You are someone who the business can count on and you have the drive to help us to make our plans come true.
  • To provide the best support for our managers and employees, we need someone who has previous strong experience in different HR areas - recruitment, performance management, hard exits, onboarding etc. But not only the knowledge in these areas, but actual implementation and hands-on experience are needed.
  • We have an international and diverse working environment, therefore you need to have excellent English skills (both written and oral). Preferably, you also have worked in an international environment before.
  • Most of our employees are working as Game Presenters their goal is to provide an excellent customer experience. Therefore, your role is to support them on their journey and have the service delivery mindset. Previous experience with customer-facing roles is definitely beneficial.
  • Our headquarter and the majority of people are located in Estonia, therefore knowledge of local labor law and best practices is crucial.
  • We are moving fast, so being comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment where the plans are constantly changing and new ideas are coming alive fast is important.
