Incident & Release Coordinator

Hey! We are looking for an Incident & Release Coordinator, within the Incident Management department. Your primary responsibilities will involve dealing with all incidents raised affecting our business both internally and externally.

 

🤓Your daily mission will be:

• Provide coordination of all incidents affecting our businesses, customers or employees
• Follow agreed Incident procedures, processes, metrics and standards
• Write the incident report
• Assist the Incident & Release Manager in other tasks and projects

✔️ You will rock our universe, if you have:

• Knowledge in Jira and Confluence
• Knowledge of ITIL framework
• Willingness to take ownership of issues
• Working hours are 4pm-midnight, and on-call rotation (from home)
• Excellent level of verbal and written English
