Responsibilities:

• Contribute to new product development and customer transactions such as leasing (private and corporate) and vendor sales cooperation;
• Provide legal support in other banking and banking products related matters;
• Prepare legal opinions and provide consultations;
• Participate in pan-Baltic projects, work in a pan-Baltic team;
• Represent Luminor with cooperation partners, regulators and other organizations.

Skills and experience:

• Master degree in Law is preferred;
• Solid background and experience (3+ years) in banking and finance;
• Self-motivation with the ability to work independently, follow deadlines and effectively manage time;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• High ethical standards, strong sense of responsibility and commitment to results;
• Full working proficiency of English and Estonian (written and verbal).
