What will you do
• Identify and source (active and passive) prospective candidates through a variety of sources/methods (including internal database, job boards, Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, Github, etc.)
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build a candidate pipeline for Product and Engineering teams
• Contact potential candidates for opened positions
• Work close with recruiters and managers to achieve team goals
• Do market researches & analysis.
What you should have
• 2+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter in IT (in-house recruiter or at an agency).
• Experience and knowledge in Sourcing, Recruiting Search
• Attention to details
• Easy-learning
• Being self-organized, goal-oriented, and determined
• Creative thinking
• Good written and spoken English
