Job description

In our call centers, operators receive calls from clients in Sweden and book different modes of transportation. Our clients speak Swedish, so the working language is always Swedish! That is why the employment at Samres begins with an intensive language course.
The services include booking transports or providing customer service of various kinds and the work is performed in various booking systems. Bookings and certain services are provided by phone, e-mail and via chatt.

What we offer

We offer an intense language course for about 8 months and the target language level is B2 (CEFR).
The course will be held 100 % remotely. Each week you get 5-15 hours live distance lessons with Swedish teachers. The rest of the time will be self-studies, group studies and hand-ins. It is a fulltime course; it will be very intense and time consuming.
The course is free of charge, as well as all course material, books etc.

Expected time schedule:

• Step 1: Apply for the course (Aug) - please send Your CV to vabadtookohad@samres.se
• Step 2. Fill in the form which is linked to the job ad (Aug)
• Sept 3. Information meeting to get answers to Your additional questions and get the overview of the work and language course (Aug & sept)
• Step 4. English language test (Aug & sept)
• Step 5: Job interviews (Aug & sept )
• Step 6: Intensive Swedish language course for 8 months (start 15 Sept)
• Step 7: Receive employment as a call-center operator after reaching level A2 (Nov)
• Step 8: Company training and customer service training

Selle ametikoha keskmise palga info leiad aadressilt palgad.ee.

Lisahüved: 584 eur gross is an allowance for studying and will be paid out after reaching the language level A2. It will be paid out monthly if reaching the targets for the rest of the course. Employment will be offered to those who reach level B2 of Swedish.

The content of the work is to receive and fulfill a taxi order for customers calling from Sweden and Norway, as well as to answer questions concerning public transport in some regions.
