For our NYX PM team in Tallinn we are looking for a passionate leader to take the role of:

• Recruitment, integration, training and motivation of the team;
• Creating action plan in order to reach KPI’s while organizing and processing the stock;
• Monthly/weekly/daily report creation;
• Merchandising/marketing animations and events realization.

• Have 1.5+ years of experience in a similar role with proven track record (in the field of fashion, retail, FMCG);
• Have successful track record of team management;
• Have ability to effectively organize business process;
• Have numeric approach to business;
• Are a quick learner, have ambitious and result-driven personality;
• Are a source of positive energy and can-do-attitude;
• Are interested in social media;
• Have proficient level of English and Estonian
