Wealth Offering Development Manager has overall responsibility for definition of Luminor Wealth Advisory framework and support investment and pension advisory tools and processes. Position assumes wide understanding of investment and pension products’ functioning and products’ role over customers’ life-cycle. As any area in Luminor will have large number of counterparties and stakeholders, excellent cooperation skills are clear must for the position. 


Responsibilities:

  • Own Wealth Advisory Concept, defining the advisory process and tools
  • Define customer journey in investment and pension offering
  • Assure all necessary ongoing support and competence development for country sales organizations
  • Design and Perform internal wealth advisory and investment and pension products trainings
  • Contribute in necessary developments to deliver high quality, efficient and unified servicing of Luminor customers
  • Participate in target products and offering portfolio definition driven by Investment and Pension Product Unit
  • Follow market practice in Investment and Pension areas and develop ideas for execution
  • Contribute to team and company performance through effective collaboration and acting with energy, enthusiasm and commitment


Skills and experience:

  • 3+ year experience on area and/or exceptional knowledge of Investment products and Investment advisory and related regulation
  • Higher education preferably in Economics, Business Management, Finance or related fields
  • Exceptional knowledge of investment and pension products, investment advisory framework and related regulation
  • Ability to translate business thinking into IT language
  • Strong interest in finance and technology area 
  • Being capable to work simultaneously with a number of stakeholders
  • Skill to manage complex systems and tasks
  • Development focus, flexibility, openness to change
  • Cooperation, communication, customer focus
  • Readiness to take ownership
  • Full proficiency in English and good local language skills
