In this role you will perform day to day processing of HR requests related to Payroll service line. Provide appropriate support for internal customers and deliver accurate and timely processing of information for all stakeholders.

We offer a fixed term contract until the end of 2022.

Your responsibilities

• Ensures execution and delivery of assigned HR Services according to defined Service Level Agreement(s).
• Delivers HR Service support to HR community, managers and employees.
• Recommends enhancements and simplification of existing processes and procedures based on experience with customers.
• Communicates information regarding policies and standards on assigned processes to internal customers as needed.
• Records employee inquiries in an appropriate IT system (ticket tool). Performs data entry into appropriate systems as necessary for assigned HR Service.
• Prepares information and documents for external authorities (social security, income tax, etc.).

Your background

• Previous work experience and education in Human Resources or similar field
• Experience in payroll processing is beneficial
• Experience in an international company with matrix organization preferred
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel
• A good eye for details and excellent analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork ability
• Proficiency in English, Swedish and Estonian knowledge preferred
