Being part of the Pan-Baltic Compliance organisation, Anti-Financial Crime Intelligence and Controls unit is looking for Compliance Analyst who will contribute to the development and validation of anti-financial crime and compliance systems and tools to ensure the organization, our customers and the communities in which we operate are protected from the harms associated with financial crimes and other compliance risks. 


Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, develop and implement anti-financial crime solutions and tools
  • Continuously review anti-financial crime solutions and tools, develop and implement optimization strategies
  • Validate if Anti-Financial Crime systems are working as designed and according to internal and legal requirements
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends, best practices and IT advancements to automate and modernize anti-financial crime systems 
  • Analyse data to suggest system improvements and identify financial crime risks 


Skills and experience:

  • At least 2 years' experience in data/system analysis or any other analytical role
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent in Business, Economics, Law or similar fields 
  • Previous experience working in Agile and Waterfall projects 
  • Excel and SQL knowledge is a must 
  • Proven track record for having a methodical and logical approach to tasks and problem solving 
  • High level of initiative, self-motivation, driving results with energy and “can do” attitude 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • High ethical standards, strong sense of responsibility and commitment to results 
  • Fluency in English, both in spoken and written. Knowledge of a Baltic language is an advantage 
  • Previous experience working with Anti-Financial Crime systems and configuration would be considered as advantage
