- Coordinate, align and prioritize development initiatives together with stakeholders;
- Develop development roadmap and manage the backlog;

- Own service portfolio under your area of responsibility;
- Develop your skills by applying Agile / SAFe methodology;
- Develop your competences as Team Manager.
What you need in this role:
- project management experience;
- experience from leading teams and people, and/or from product owner/manager roles;
- strategic mind-set combined with good networking and interpersonal skills;
- high degree of stress tolerance combined with high level of motivation and perseverance;
- strong customer focus, proactive and solution driven orientation;
- ability to individually plan/structure work and to keep deadlines, at the same time being flexible and open minded;
- fluent in English, both spoken and written;
- previous experience with Agile;
- strong background in understanding IT development in a complex development and system environment.

If you are to be employed in Latvia, please note that the salary offered for this position ranges from 2700-4100 EUR gross i.e. before taxes.
If you are to be employed in Lithuania, please note that the salary offered for this position ranges from 3250-4850 EUR gross i.e. before taxes.
