Requirements
- Preferably min.1 year of experience in sales;
- Ambitious, talkative and energetic person with a proactive personality and great communication skills;
- Effective negotiator focused on building relationships;
- Willingness to develop the skills and learn;
- Interest in IT field and customer service;
- Fluent English and Estonian OR Latvian;
- Experience with callcentre systems and CRM systems;
- Experience in public speaking is nice to have.
Job description
- Providing the highest quality customer service (mostly via phone and e-mail);
- Providing information and solving customer problems;
- Performing actions to acquire new customers (closing deals with potential customers, and catching up contacts from the webpage);
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients;
- Participation in other promotive activities, as events and exhibitions;
- Preparing agreements, keeping records related to the courses.
