As the ideal candidate for this position, You have:
• fluent Finnish and English skills
• experience in accounts payable or in Travel process
• SAP knowledge (or other ERP)
• Service mindset and good communication skills
• interest in continuous improvement
AP Specialist main responsibilities will include:
• managing accounts payables (60%)
• checking vendor invoices and matching invoices with purchase order and good receipt
• performing payables reporting and maintaining pending accounts payables invoice workflow
• managing new vendor creation requests and master data management
• responding to vendor inquiries
• handling travel claims (40%)
