CUSTOMER SUCCESS CONSULTANT

As a Customer Success Consultant your main goal is to ensure the satisfaction of existing and new customers by building close long-term client relationships. You will consult business customers by phone and email. You will cooperate closely with our product development team to describe customers' needs. You will also assist in analyzing the customer story.
