We are looking for a rock star marketing person to lead our marketing strategy and budget. You will be responsible for developing a cohesive marketing and budget strategy for growth and brand marketing to drive customer acquisition and revenue.
This position is based in our Tallinn or Tartu office.
What you'll do
- Developing marketing strategies to increase inbound leads and new paying customers
- Work closely with key stakeholders within the organisation, including product, sales, and support, to identify potential opportunities to improve the number of new leads and new customers
- Optimise the lifecycle and conversion moments for inbound leads
- Track performance of key metrics and campaigns to uncover opportunities for improvement and report back to leadership team
What you'll bring:
- 2+ years of experience and some growth wins on your resume
- Experience running campaigns in various digital marketing channels like Google Ads and Facebook Ads
- Proactive and startup oriented mindset
- Strong work ethic
- Fluency in English
