We are looking for a Dutch speaking customer support specialist who would interact with our valued customers and help them with any questions or concerns they may have regarding the process of renting a car online. At the same time, the customer support specialist should also promote the company’s products and services to influence sales and consumer behaviour.

Our ideal candidate is a quick learner who is skilled in managing inbound and outbound calls (via phone, Messenger, WhatsApp) and e-mail requests with a friendly, helpful and professional approach. This is a project-based employment with an estimated duration of 4-5 months.

We expect:

  • Good written and verbal English and Dutch skills
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Acute sense of responsibility, punctuality and precision
  • Possibility to work between 06:00 - 05:00 during weekdays and 11:00 - 04:00 during weekends

Any additional languages is a huge benefit!
