NIB is now seeking an HR Business Partner
The role of the HR Business Partner is to support our staff and managers throughout the employee’s life cycle. The HR Business Partner is the first point of contact and professional advisor, helping managers to lead their teams in reaching strategic and operational targets. In addition, the role includes development initiatives in areas such as recruitment, professional training and development and wellbeing.
Our team can offer you the opportunity to do hands-on HR work in a specialist type of work environment, with the possibility to participate in developing the HR team’s services and support further, taking them to the next level. We also offer you the chance to enhance and broaden professional skills in the field of HR.
Your journey in NIB will consist of:
- Providing HR advice and support for dedicated departments in all HR related matters
- Driving and implementing HR processes and projects
- Acting as a change agent and work towards strengthening the performance culture in the Bank
- Proactively identifying HR challenges and development needs within the areas of responsibility
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a higher education qualification, such as human resources, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
- Is fluent in spoken and written English; Nordic and/or Baltic languages are considered a benefit
- Has drive and passion for people development and change management
- Is energetic and has a proactive personality
- Is excellent in communication and interpersonal skills, and likes working in a multi-cultural environment
- Has a high level of integrity
