- You have 3+ years of experience and broad understanding in design and architecture of large-scale IT systems across multiple hardware and software platforms
- You have a bachelor’s degree in computer networking or in a related field
- You have exceptionally good analytical skills and you are able to see big picture
- You are fluent in English
- You have or readiness to pass the required security clearance

A foundation CR14 is a recently established Estonian hub for cyber defence research and development. CR14 pursues to become an internationally recognized Estonian flagship as a developer of innovative dual-use cyber defence technologies. Today, CR14 manages the most capable cyber range in the world, where, among others, NATO and the NATO Cooperative Cyber Defence Centre of Excellence organize unique cyber defense exercises.
