What will you do?
- Act as a First point of contact for the local market and Team Leader
- Manage sales teams’ workflow and -load to ensure KPI’s and goals set by the market service delivery agreement are achieved
- Ensure sufficient and optimal use of resources, to support fluctuations in call volume
- Coordinate and execute monthly, quarterly and annual business review meetings
- Work closely with Sales Tribes to support sales initiatives and campaigns
- Support and find solutions to escalated issues, working closely together with other departments
- Work with Learning and Development team to ensure skills gaps are covered and current skills reviewed
- Create a solution - oriented and motivational environment
- Contribute to global projects when necessary
- Will be available for crisis training and on-call support when required
Requirements and personal qualities
- Fluency in English both verbal and written
- Fluency in German is advantage
- A degree in relevant area of business
- Minimum 3 years experience in managing Sales / Service teams preferably in Contact Centre environment
- Strong customer service experience, communication and listening skills
- Has sufficient knowledge and good skills to be able to use computer/programs for analysis and presentations
- Creativity and entrepreneurial mindset and capability to remain motivated with a positive attitude under pressure
- Supports change, encourages innovation and new ideas, handle pressure, adjusts to meet changing needs
- Demonstrates ability to analyze different data and information, make rational judgements and produces workable solutions
- Sets clearly defined objectives, manages time effectively, identifies and organizes resources needed to accomplish tasksWorks systematically and efficiently, handles distractions and interruptions
- Enthusiastic leadership style with positive attitude and flexibility
