To be set up for success, you would:

To continue on this mission, we are looking for a Senior Software Engineer for the Localisation & Mapping Team. To drive safely along the maze of twisty passages that are the pavements, paths, driveways, ramps, road crossings and urban canyons of our varied world, our robots must know their place upon them to the centimetre.
The software you write would help robots understand the delineations of urban spaces, and to build and update maps to match data from the many and varied sensors on robots. You would also develop mapping features for routing, categorisation, and anything else that would help robots get from place to place with safety and grace. Working in a small team, your input would influence the direction of our software and robot hardware. And as we scale, you will develop algorithms to automate ever higher levels of our software hierarchy.
