Job Summary
We are currently looking to hire someone who has experience in, and/or a passion for, Online Reputation Management (ORM) or specialises in a person's right to be forgotten. Do you believe everyone deserves a second chance? Do you hate revenge porn or cyber bullying? Do you think that a surgeon has a right to have their work judged fairly, not rubbished with a one star review because their parking was full? If so, we need to talk.

Key responsibilities

-You will be responsible for on-line content, tracking and analysis of reputation factors and will accountable for the successful management of our client's on-line reputations.
-Performing in-depth reputational audits to ensure the positive reputation of the Company/Client/Brand
- Continuously monitoring/tracking the reputation of the brand on various outlets, e.g., social media, search engines, blogs & social communities, consumer forums, etc.
- Commenting positively on the most influential/negative forums and comments.
- You will specialise in the prevention and repair of “Online Reputation Threats.”
- Understand the Level of the threat and analyse and manage Online Identities.
- We will discuss and respond internally about these threats while you continuously follow-up your strategy to combat them.
- You will manage review content; monitor other review content and manage inappropriate content
- You’ll track, analyse and make recommendations to account for new or revised content; optimised for SEO
- You’ll be evaluating reviewing survey data for trends and anomalies
- Looking at online statistics; overall trends and subsets by Sites/Rating/Keywords, identify on-going trends and potential mitigation solutions,
- You’ll provide both management and the client regular reports and analysis of client activity

Key Skills

- Perfect written and spoken English is required
- Mastery of Google Analytics relating to the clients and brands we represent
- Flushing and removal of negative personal content along with bad reviews/ links across review sites
- Communicating and Understanding Google procedures and policies for reviews and reputation management

Key requirements for success in this role


Qualifications Required

- Graduate or holder of Diploma in Mass Media / Marketing Communication/Advertising or equivalent
- Certification in Digital Media / SEO / SEM / E-commerce will be an added bonus
- 2 years + work experience with ORM and/or a brand, digital/social/advertising/creative/media agency

Technical Skills Required

- Perfect English, excellent written & oral communication, MS-Excel skills
- Total knowledge of Social Media Channels, Digital Media and Online Reputation Management
- Good knowledge of social media/digital listening tools like Google Analytics, etc.
- Must be an informed and active follower of social and digital space trends and activities while possessing a keen eye for detail
- Excellent writing skills, as well as the ability to communicate and collaborate within our team of remote workers effectively

Behavioural Skills Required

- Enthusiastic and eager to learn and explore various facets of the job, along with new-age digital marketing.
- Must be able to perform and be collaborative under pressure from time to time, and with tight deadlines
- Self-starter- the ability to enterprise ideas and work well independently, with little supervision
- Self-motivated, results-driven, wanting to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proven prioritisation, time management, and project management skills
- Must be available to take calls or meet via video link throughout the day online as requested
- This will be a sole charge, work from home position, so you must have a computer less than 2 years old, a dedicated quiet home office/room, and a super fast internet connection.
