In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Be part of a cross functional Agile leasing team working together to build and maintain high quality leasing solutions;
- Inspect and adapt agile principles and practices in the team;
- Work in a modern and dynamic international environment;
- Learn and self-develop through our training programs;
- Facilitate Scrum "Rituals" and provide technical support for team with solving issues and impediments;
- Work with continuous improvements, coordinate and collaborate with colleagues within Baltic Lending and other parts of Swedbank;
- Focus to a Scrum Master role and also do hands-on engineering tasks together with the team like server and environments administration, easy programming, auto-test writing and testing.
What is needed in this role:
- Relevant university degree or previous work experience within IT;
- Ability to support and coordinate the development team, to make things happen;
- Experience or knowledge about Java, JavaScript, SQL and maintenance;
- Being self-driven, giving and taking responsibility;
- Knowledge of JIRA / Confluence;
- Fluency in English;
- Good communication skills and experience in Agile way of working;
- You need to be a strong team member and like to solve impediments together with your colleagues.
