Your skills and experiences

• Experience from a similar role as BIM Modeller Specialist, preferably within the building and/or manufacturing industry
• Sound knowledge and experience in ArchiCAD software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in spoken and written English is a prerequisite; Estonian or Russian would be an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
• Knowledge and experience in Autodesk Revit, CAD software, SolidWorks or other similar tools is an advantage

Your role

As BIM Modeler Specialist, you will be the driving force behind our designs, where you will manage BIM objects and work closely with our partners and clients. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work remotely or be located in Tallinn and/or Rakvere office. You will be part of our Drawing and Documentation Centre team, which consists of 6 highly dedicated and competent colleagues. Reporting directly to the Drawing and Documentation Centre Manager, the scope of the role is to collect product information from various sources such as drawings and product specifications to convert into BIM objects. You will act as a key force within the project team and join forces with your fellow BIM modeller Specialists and Project Manager.

Your responsibilities

• Collect product information from various sources (SolidWorks CAD 3D models, 2D drawings and product specifications) and convert it into BIM objects
• Create new and modify existing BIM models in ArchiCAD
• Coordinate project progress with other BIM modeler specialist and internal customers
• Upload created/updated BIM objects on the BIM web portal
