We are looking for a change execution professional who will support the Programme Manager for the Future Transaction Monitoring and Sanctions Technologies programme to deliver on the plan.

The programme will shift the game plan for the bank’s ability to counter financial crime and you now have an opportunity to contribute to achieving this.

About this opportunity

Welcome to Nordea Group Financial Crime Prevention and the Transaction Monitoring and Sanctions Change Execution team.

We are responsible for executing on the change required to prevent money laundering, terrorist financing and sanction breaches. Our team members take the leading roles in driving change, managing the change portfolio and continuously seeking to uplift change execution capabilities.

We are currently running a programme that will significantly improve our capability to counter criminal activities in the AML and Sanctions space. This is also where your first assignment will be. Joining the programme management team as a Business Developer (JD ) you will have the following responsibilities:

-Secure high standards in issues, risks, dependencies, workforce and financial management
-Secure effective, consistent and auditable minutes, decision and action logs and status reporting
-Contribute to the development and preparation of presentation and communication material
-Facilitate deliverable approvals and change requests
-Identify needs, analyse and improve working procedures to simplify and increase efficiency
-Contribute to risk mitigation and issues resolution

Post the programme you are expected to take on your own change driver roles as a Scrum Master in our growing agile community.

The role is based in Tallinn.

Your background and experience would typically be:

-Minimum Bachelor, preferably Master degree
-Fluent in English
-Been driving change for a few years as Scrum Master
-Experienced from full change lifecycles and proficient in work break-down and planning
-Experience from actioning on and managing issues, risks, dependencies, workforce and financials for business and technology change initiatives, andusing relevant tools for it
-Effective and efficient minutes, decision and action logs and status reporting
-Experience from project and change management frameworks such as PMI, SAFe Agile or other
-Proficient in Sharepoint, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, CA PPM, Jira and other relevant tools
-Change-related certifications such as SAFe Agile, Project Management, Business Analysis is a plus
