Nordic Jobs Worldwide is looking for a sales-oriented and customer-oriented Junior Recruiter for a growing recruitment company in Tallinn. Work task

As a Junior recruiter, you help at all stages of the application process. As experience and competence increase, so does the challenge and independence of your tasks. You will act as an intermediary between client companies and applicants.




Tasks include:

Writing and publishing job advertisements on job portals and social media channels
Review of job applications and screening of applicants
Telephone interviews and inviting applicants to customer interviews
Finding and contacting potential applicants from different search channels




The person we are looking for is:

Interested in recruiting
A college student with the opportunity to work office hours
Independent and responsible when working
Ambitious and courageous when new situations come
Efficient and systematic when working
Fluent oral proficiency in English and a nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish)
Previous work experience in sales and customer service positions is considered an advantage
In addition, we value sales spirit and a desire to develop
We expect you to be able to commit to working working hours 2-3 working days a week




We offer:

Start: By agreement
Workload: At least 20 hours / week, Mon - Fri, between 8 am and 5 pm
Salary: Fixed monthly salary + commission
Contract: Permanent
Location: Tallinn, Estonia
