In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Further develop our pseudonymisation approach, both processes and metadata tool support, including possibilities for automation;
- Support different units and initiatives in the bank to follow our pseudonymisation process, e.g. with correctly tagging data and documenting rules for data pseudonymisation in our central metadata tool;
- Develop Data Ethics principles and framework.
What is needed in this role:
- Completed a degree in a relevant academic field (e.g. data, engineering, systems science, IT);
- Previous experience of data privacy related topics, pseudonymisation and information management;
- Previous experience from process development, business requirements gathering and communicating with developers;
- Meriting: Previous experience of working with a metadata solution or other tools supporting a work process, previous experience of financial services, data and BI;
- Service-minded and good at collaborating and communicating with many different people in a large organisation;
- Excellent English, both written and speech;
- Structured, takes ownership and goal oriented.
