Do you want to be a part of the Sustainability team within Corporate Offering and Strategies?
Drive initiatives in sustainable finance area ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements as well as supporting Swedbank’s ambition to be the leader in sustainability area
With us, you have the opportunity to:
- Maintain and coordinate implementation of sustainability area related activity plans;
- Manage projects in Sustainability area e.g. changes to processes, new offering development, reporting creation, risk management improvement;
- Ensure sufficient representation of product areas, countries, segments in collection of inputs and definition of business requirements for the Baltic Banking;
- Represent Baltic Banking in Swedbank Group projects;
- Seek and identify synergies for efficient usage of resources;
- Maintain reporting routines and preparation of presentations for management.
What you need in this role:
- University degree in the field of Economics, Finance, Project Management, Legal;
- Competence in Sustainable Finance and Sustainability in general;
- Strong project management experience in banking (at least 3 years), wide stakeholder management experience;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment and deliver results;
Demonstrated excellence in written and oral communication, excellent presenting skills; - Proficiency in English language (both written and spoken).
