What is needed in this role:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or Business or a great reason for not having one;
- Demonstrated interest in IT systems’ maintenance;
- Having a customer centric and solution oriented mindset;
- Ability to act as a middleman between business users and agile team;
- Work as a team player with continuous improvement mindset;
- Cope with stressful situations where time is critical and multi-tasking is inevitable;
- Experience in working with Oracle EBS and/or Oracle HCM Cloud system is an advantage;
- Knowledge about HR processes is an advantage.

If you are to be employed in Latvia, please note that the salary offered for this position ranges from 1800-2700 EUR gross i.e. before taxes.
If you are to be employed in Lithuania, please note that the salary offered for this position ranges from 2150- 3250 EUR gross i.e. before taxes.
