Would you like to lead a Swedish/Finnish team within Payment Services? We are now looking for a Team Leader for Payment & Investigation Services Swedish Team, Nordea Estonia to run the team of Cash Management specialists to deliver excellent support for domestic and cross border payments for Finland and Sweden.
Payment Services main objective is to deliver great experiences to our customers by operating the manual processes related to payments, trade finance, cards, customers onboarding and account reconciliation, with high quality and efficiency.

About this opportunity
As Team Leader for Payment & Investigation Services Swedish Team, Nordea Estonia you'll play a valuable role in creating value to our customers by leading a team of engaged and motivated employees.
-Lead and develop a team of 13 people
-Actively work together with the team to help them provide first class service via phone and email to branches and customers
-Support strategic initiatives in Payment Services and be an active and contributing member in the Swedish management team
-Constant drive efficiency and improvement of our processes
-Contribute and collaborate across the Finnish and Swedish value chain
The role is based in Tallinn.

-Experienced within operations or similar service areas
-Strong leadership experience to lead multicultural team servicing multiple markets and business areas
-Experienced people leader who leads with passion and collaboration, shows courage and takes ownership
-Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to develop and maintain trusting relationships
-Excellent oral and written English, Swedish and Finnish communication skills
-Relevant university degree
