In your next quest as a Product and Solutions Manager, you will..

* Lead the product management and delivery of business information solutions and applications.
The first area of focus is the global financial/budgeting service and another is the global identity and access management solution.
* You will work with diverse teams across our branches in Europe, in order to improve the existing and to provide brand-new information solutions, intended to refine our business processes and operations furthermore.
The ideal candidate should cover constructively the coordination between diverse stakeholders and technical teams, acting as an effective focal person for the business with either internal R&D or with leading software vendors and contractors.

Your influential mission. You..

* Work closely with multiple stakeholders in the company, be the focal point for decisions around your products and act as a major requirements analyst
* Set the further product roadmap and development priorities
* Backlog management throughout the entire software development life cycle (SDLC)
* Release management and communication with global Finance, IT, Security, and delivery units
* Translate complex business needs into useful features and actual technical requirements
* Work closely and to steer the technical delivery with R&D teams

* Have a proven track record in similar roles and positions - Having amazing ability to delve into business logic and requirements
* Have a secret power: Building up processes, cooperating with stakeholders and keeping it all working smoothly, and analyzing results.
* Have amazing ability to delve into business logic and requirements - having experience with workflow review, design/redesign, and documentation.
* Are analytical thinker, who likes to learn new things and find solutions to high-level challenges

* Know how to do magic when negotiating, communicating, and cooperation with stakeholders
