In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Lead and facilitate work with different stakeholders during process definition work as well as followed by implementation, operations and adherence monitoring;
- Support colleagues in explaining customer needs and business requirements, by applying business and product knowledge;
- Work in multi-cultural, multi-tasking and challenging environment across Swedbank Group and different teams;
- Fulfil important role in defining, delivering, and testing potentially shippable products, maximizing value delivery.
As Business Analyst you will be working as a main contact person between cross functional teams, stakeholders, and users, with knowledge of business domain, IT, and relevant information to other Agile teams.
What is needed in this role:
- University degree or acquiring (preferably in finance, mathematics, statistics, economics or IT);
- Previous work experience with business requirements and data analyses;
- Ability to identify areas of poor performance and make recommendations for improvement;
- Strong analytical and logical thinking with creative problem solving attitude;
- Good communication/facilitation skills and the ability to approach a situation from critical standpoint to make a decision and develop the best solution;
- Strong presentation and writing skills in English;
- Familiarity with different project and development methodologies;
- Experience with creating procedures, methodologies, frameworks, and instructions will be an advantage.
