Are you passionate about analysis and data storytelling and want to develop deep knowledge in the Private Business area?
With us you have the opportunity to:
- Support Baltic Banking private business with regular and ad-hoc analysis in private customer´s products sales and offering and in business initiative area;
- Build data queries, convert data into business insights to support the strategic decisions;
Collaborate with business counterparties, present the analyses and proactively share the findings; - Create high quality reports to answer business questions and support business decisions;
- Support tools/dashboards/reports development and provide needed feedback;
- Participate in several joint projects within the organization.
What you need in this role:
- Experience in business analysis, drawing the conclusions and presenting the results;
- Strong analytical skills to understand reporting data, ability to explain trends and present insights;
- Knowledge about methods and tools used in data processing and business analysis;
- University degree in economics, statistics, mathematics, or similar science;
- High sense of responsibility for own decisions and the result of work;
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office tools;
- Basic SQL knowledge and Experience in using Business Objects and/or SPSS Modeler would be extra bonus.
