The Group Center is located in Tromsø, other offices are in Oslo, London, Hamburg, Paris, Tallinn, Seattle, Melbourne and Hong Kong.

Hurtigruten Estonia OÜ is the Estonian branch of the company, focused on phone and web sales and a wide range of support functions. There are over 200 employees from over 20 different countries working in Tallinn office.
