What will you do?

  • Effectively manage and develop a team of Process Specialists
  • Develop project plans following agile and lean methodologies, and a solid framework for monitoring and tracking project progress and goal achievement
  • Responsible for deploying and managing projects that are geared towards business process improvement and efficiency, cost optimization, sales effectiveness, and high quality performance of the Customer Engagement Center
  • Responsible for liaising with business units outside the Customer Engagement Center for the purpose of process alignment, improvement and standardization
  • Report on project benefit realizations and returns on investment
  • Responsible for coordinating project resources needed within the organization and aligning with external partners

Is it you?

  • Minimum five years' experience in a similar post, demonstrating capabilities of managing customer experience and process improvement projects. The candidate must also present evidence of his/her capacity to deploy various process designs or models within the organization or experience of the same within other large organizations
  • Specific training and/or work experience in process modelling techniques, commercial strategies, and sales techniques
  • Specific training and/or work experience in management/strategy consulting
  • Fluency in English both verbal and written
  • High level of experience and interest in working with cross-country and cross-region team members in high-profile project planning and execution
  • Creativity and entrepreneurial mindset and capability to remain motivated with a positive attitude under pressure.
  • Demonstrates ability to analyze different data and information, make rational judgements and produces workable solutions
  • Sets clearly defined objectives, manages time effectively, identifies and organizes resources needed to accomplish tasks
  • Adapting and responding to change and shows respect and sensitivity towards cultural differences
  • Facilitation and influential skills are key
