Luminor’s Operational Risk Control team is responsible for developing the operational risk control framework and monitoring its effective implementation across Luminor Group.
Join us as an Operational Risk Junior Analyst and become our newest team member making the change and advancing the world of banking!

Responsibilities:

  •  Support the team with operational risk management 
  • Assist with the implementation of the new operational risk management tool across the organisation 
  • Operational risk data collection, validation, analysis and follow-up of reported incidents;
  • Provide advice to the bank on how to use the operational risk management tool for incident reporting and change risk management
  • Contribute to the overall Operational Risk Control Annual and Quarterly Work Plans

Additionally:

As a member of the Operational Risk Control Team, you will support the team with daily tasks and ad hoc projects. This includes tasks related to operational risk incident management, assisting with the role out of a new operational risk management tool and challenging the business on implementation of the operational risk management framework. You will get first-hand experience working in a second line of defense control function which is responsible for risk management oversight of Luminor group. This includes the bank, pensions and leasing companies. 
You will provide vital support to experienced risk management professionals who will be driving Luminor’s operational risk management transformation, which includes the implementation of a new risk insights tool. 

Skills and experience:

  •  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, strong communication skills  
  • Experience in working within deadlines, prioritising as necessary 
  • Positive and proactive approach to work and demonstrated ability to adapt in a  fast-paced environment 
  • Current undergraduate or university education, professional experience will be beneficial.
