Job Description
- Organizing, servicing and controlling of the customer service network
- Technical training, consulting and practical support of service and trade partners
Development and controlling of system of warranties. - Revision, preparing and spreading of technical information according legislation and company standards
- Planning, management, and selling of spare parts and necessary technical tools, as well as consulting in this regard
- Preparing and codifying of reviews on warranty expenses and submitting of the same to the Employer
- You will be subordinated by Sales Manager of Thermotechnology department (located in Latvia)
Qualifications
- Commitment to starting a new career
- Technical education and understanding related to Thermotechnology products
Logical and technical thinking - Good communication and cooperation skills, customer and result orientation
- Good MS Office knowledge and internet proficiency
- Fluent Estonian, good English and Russian language skills
- Valid driver's license
- Business traveling can be required in Estonia, Baltics and Nordic countries
- Previous positive work experience with similar work duties will be as advantage
