- Bachelor's Degree/Higher qualification in any relevant field;
- 2 years + experience in FMCG sales with good performance records;
- Very good Key Account Management experience;
- Distributor Management and Field Sales Management experience will be an advantage;
- Good team leadership experience, able to inspire, mentor and support a team;
- Good communication, negotiation, influencing and presentation skills.
Key responsibilities:
- Accountable for all sales activities in the HORECA Channel which include Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes and related relevant outlets;
- Budget Management: Manage the budget whilst maintaining profitability when offering incentives/ discounts;
- Business Development: Find and implement new opportunities for the sale of Royal Unibrew Eesti products ensuring profitability;
- Sales Planning: Implement and manage sales strategies to meet the business objectives;
- Sales Management: Responsible to ensure that proper systems and best practices are implemented in the channel;
- Team Leadership: Effective management of the sales team in order to grow the HORECA business.
