Juice Bar Manager & Customer Service

HEALth juice bar is the first true cold-pressed juice bar in Spetses Island. We are an enthusiastic team with strong visions and big dreams! We are looking for TWO new team members who share the same mission with us to make healthy food delicious, affordable, and available for our clients, while providing clean ingredients in every bespoke product.

Most Responsibilities
Juicing produce into cold-pressed juice and bottling
Manually prepare smoothies, smoothie bowls and iced fruit for customers on demand
Prepare grab and go food items
Receive, prep, wash all produce used to create snacks and beverages for customers
Count and report inventory levels of ingredients used
Maintain inventory levels of ingredients used
Basic understanding of production schedule and recipes
Greet customers and engage them in conversation
Assess customer needs, provide suggestions and recommend products
Handling of cash and/or credit card transactions
Ensure health and safety guidelines are met
Maintain a facility from a sanitation and housekeeping standpoint. Includes: daily cleaning, sanitizing and storage of equipment and tools
Beginning and finishing the shift according to the manual
Multitasking and working efficiently is a must

Ability to maintain confidential company information in the strictest of confidence
Knowledge of kitchen equipment used a plus
Able to drive with a scooter or ATV to move around the island

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Working period: Seasonal full-time. Early June - mid end September
Net salary: 1,000 € a month
Expenses you need to cover: flight tickets, ferry boat ticket Athens-Spetses-Athens
