Description
Our IT Governance, Assurance and Performance team is looking for a new member!
You will play a key role in managing IT performance and audit management processes and ensure measurement and reporting is performed on a regular basis, following Luminor and IT strategies and policies.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate IT internal and external audits
- Provide consultation activity and liaise with IT Process Owners/Managers and IT Service Managers on process/service improvement
- Track performance and ensure business viability of measurements, KPIs and service levels. Ensure alignment with the market and with the business requirements and objectives of Luminor and the Technology organisation
- Prepare presentations and reports to Service Management steering committees and other executive leadership groups by consolidating or extracting performance data from multiple reports as required
- Advise the technology management of issues regarding performance and service improvement and develop, manage and contribute to IT process and service performance measurement tools and dashboard(s).
- Ensure metrics and KPI-s are accessible for all levels of management by supporting process process owners and managers in definition of measurements and KPI-s
Skills and experience we're looking for:
- At least 2 years of proven experience in process management with experience in process management methods and methodologies. Ability to describe, document and communicate processes
- Previous experience in project management, managing organisational changes and achieving results with indirect report lines
- Certification in CobiT, ITIL, CMMI and/or other IT process management frameworks, very good understanding of related principles would be preferred
- Knowledge of(decision) frameworks, affecting IT activities and Business - IT integration
- Be able to present good team player attributes, whilst being open to new approaches and change in order to achieve results
- Good planning and prioritization skills to manage a dynamic and pressurized workload
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
