We are looking for Senior Developer who will be joining the Luminor BI & Data Department and will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, enhancing enterprise data warehouse, data marts and other BI solution to meet an enterprise's business analysis and reporting needs.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement ETL procedures, analytics and BI components, data engines and reports according to requirements aiming for high levels of quality and efficiency
- Collaborate on the implementation of the development framework, that covers the whole process of software creation according to industry standards, best practices and ensuring high levels of quality, performance and efficiency
- Participate and lead the deployment procedure, ensuring the software delivery from development to production
- Assisting other developers and guide them on understanding and following the development framework and deployment procedures
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders in ensuring data warehouse and other BI solutions architecture development and utilization
- Consolidate and optimize available data warehouse and other BI solutions infrastructure
- Carry out monitoring, tuning, and database performance analysis
- Perform the design and extension of data marts, meta data, and data models.
- Ensure all data warehouse architecture codes are maintained in a version control system
- Create technical structured documentation for ETL processes and databases and ensure it is up to date Participate actively in data projects, leveraging on best practices and experience at implementation; as well as effective technology know-how
Skills and Experience:
- Relational databases: administration and development of at least two from (Oracle, MS SQL, Sybase IQ)
- Experience with integration protocols and techniques
- Deep understanding about Data Warehouse methodologies and types
- Understanding about accounting processes
- Understanding of Project methodologies – waterfall, agile
- Great communication skills, both verbal and written, and interest in working with a diverse set of peers
- Ability to be self-organized, balanced and show initiative
- Advanced English: fluent in all spoken and written communication
