Luminor Group
Our team is expanding and we are looking for a new team member. In digital transformation of Luminor our team is having a key role in developing new Digital Channel solutions, also taking care of integrations between various IT systems. We run a few Digital Channels and Integration platforms across the Baltics and are starting to implement a new one.
Your role in the team will be doing various JAVA development tasks also acting as a technology lead and a mentor for junior team members.
Responsibilities:
- Writing high quality JAVA code according to agreed requirements
- Defining solution design and software architecture
- Assessment of new development requests
- Technological guidance for other team members
- Deliver assigned tasks within agreed timeline
- Contribute to team and unit performance through collaboration and living by example
- Support and coach other team members
- Improve your competence in the area
- Actively participate in agile development culture creation
Skills and Experience:
- 4+ years’ experience as a JAVA developer
- Initiative and highly professional
- Superior JAVA skills and knowledge of JAVA frameworks
- Application integration (REST / SOAP) skills (preferable)
- CI/CD practice (preferable)
- Superior analytical skills
- Great communication skills - being able to communicate clearly and effectively
- Advanced English: fluent in all spoken and written communication
- Fast learner, know-how sharing and teamwork
