Construction Engineer

 Applicants should have
• thorough understanding of construction.
• Proven work experience track.
• General software skills, in particular CAD obligatory.
• University degree in construction / civil engineering/ architecture / related subjects.
• Advanced English skills and driving license (obligatory).

• Ability and motivation to work in a dedicating and challenging real teamwork approach.
• Acceptance and own interest in clear operation task planning and in matching milestones.

• Enjoy and ensure highest precision and accuracy in planning, cost calculation, managing and supervising construction work.
• A strong technical background is essential in respect of all mainstream structural materials.
• Compile tender documents for projects incl. targeting suppliers from outside the country.
• Lead the selection process to identify and to negotiate with building companies.
• Potentially set up and lead a small construction intervention team of different occupations.
• Fulfill all construction related specific legislative framework, obligations and authorizations.
• Enforce labor health and safety procedures on our constructions sites is a must.
