Description
Our paid Summer Internship is an eight weeks long programme. During this time, you will be immersed in challenging and ambitious day-to-day tasks or projects requiring strong determination.
If you would like to explore the Business Support path, these are the options up for grabs:
Group Communications Area
At Luminor, Group Communications ensures Luminor’s visibility, effective communication, and stakeholder engagement. As an Intern, you will assist local PR Manager and Internal Communication Manager with planning and implementing current communication activities, help to carry out analysis and assist in PR projects.
People & Culture Area
At Luminor, People & Culture takes strategic approach in attracting, recruiting, developing, and managing the workforce that is well-spread across Baltic region. As an Intern, you will provide support on recruitment activities, provide assistance in organisational changes implementation, and take part in HR agenda implementation. You will also assist Learning & Development team in daily routines.
Legal Area
At Luminor, Legal division stands for solid legal partnership and advise to business, products and support functions. As an Intern, you will work in Litigation area and prepare court materials for submission of claim.
Operations Area
At Luminor, Operations department is a back-end team processing multiple banking operations related to banking products in timely manner and in highest quality. As an Intern, you will be supporting leasing customer service team, including closing contracts, preparing documents etc. You will also assist in creation of archiving procedure.
Eligibility: this path is for candidates pursuing degree/qualification in Business Administration, Law, Computer Science, Human Resources, Economics, Accounting, Marketing, Communications, Social Science, or other related subjects.
Date: Jun. 28th - Aug. 20th
Salary: 700 gross per month
Remote work: available
