We are looking for a customer care specialist who would interact with our valued customers and help them with any questions or concerns they may have regarding the process of renting a car online. At the same time, the customer care specialist should also promote the company’s products and services to influence sales and consumer behaviour.

Our ideal candidate is a quick learner who is skilled in managing inbound and outbound calls (via phone, Messenger, WhatsApp) and e-mail requests with a friendly, helpful and professional approach. This is a project-based full time employment with an estimated duration of 5 months until Autumn.

What we expect from you:

  • good written and verbal English skills;
  • excellent communication and documentation skills;
  • acute sense of responsibility, punctuality and precision;
  • possibility to work shifts ranging between 06:00 to 05:00 on business days and 11:00 to 02:00 on weekends.

Any extra languages are welcome!
