As a Consumer Lending Growth Project Manager you would be in active communication with different Business lines. Supporting frontline teams about product features, customer servicing process and sales (scripts etc.). Managing Sales and process related initiatives to drive growth and efficiency on Pan Baltic level. Frequent data analysis in different areas related to consumer loans. 


Responsibilities:

  • Lead development and implementation of activities across Sales channels 
  • Stay up to date on information about product features, performance, Luminor position in the Market, the competitors positioning, directions, and pricing
  • Follow on retention activities and ensure necessary adjustments to meet set KPIs
  • Use web analytics and business intelligence tools such as Google Analytics and internal dashboards to better understand our customers 
  • Maintain agile cross functional cooperation with Business lines
  • Take responsibility in professional self-development and contribute to own and team performance improvement by constructive feedback and relevant suggestions
  • Think strategically, analytically, and creatively about new ways to reach customers and increase relevance


Skills and Experience:

  • Preferred (2 or more years) successful experience in Banking 
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Economics or related fields will count as an advantage
  • Preferred previous experience in Retail Banking
  • Project management skills
  • Sales Campaign Set Up knowledge
  • Preferably understanding of Marketing principles
  • Champion of dynamic environment
  • Creative and flexible personality
  • Professional proficiency in English and Estonian
