Are you passionate about corporate customer area and interested in making an impact by growing corporate insurance business in Baltic Banking?
With us you have the opportunity to:
- Be the key counterparty to Swedbank’s insurance company in creating corporate insurance strategy and planning sales and marketing;
- Coordinate the sales, marketing and offering activities for corporate insurances;
- Act as a key counterparty to different cross Baltic teams by representing corporate insurance area in the bank;
- Play important role in ensuring corporate insurance competence in the front line;
- Participate in exciting cross Baltic projects that make an impact by creating new insurance product features for corporate customers.
What you need in this role:
- Minimum 3 years of experience with SME/SSE customers or non-life insurance area;
- Very good communication skills, sense of diplomacy and proactive state of mind;
- University degree in the field of economics, finance or business administration;
- Very good English, spoken and written;
- Structured way of working: You are good at time management, prioritization, planning, information structuring etc.;
- It will be an advantage to have basic knowledge of sales and marketing, project management and experience in training people.

If you are employed in Latvia, please note that salary offered for this position ranges from 1800-2700 EUR gross i.e. before taxes.
If you are employed in Lithuania, please note that salary offered for this position ranges from 2050-3050 EUR gross i.e. before taxes.
