QUALIFICATIONS:
- Estonian with full professional proficiency in English – both written and spoken
- Professional experience in working with IT roles
- Experience of sourcing skills within a fast-paced international environment
- Organized and able to manage multiple roles simultaneously
- Strong stakeholder management experience and ability to work with all levels of management
- Strong team mentality. We are a very collaborative team, working closely together. Everyone has a voice and your input will be expected and valued
- Ability to demonstrate true interest in making an impact on your candidates and the business
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Our European Talent Acquisition team is small but powerful! We are looking for a motivated, passionate individual to join us as a TA specialist focusing mostly on IT roles
- You will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, create job posts, search for, screen and assess candidates
- You will build and manage a pipeline of active and passive candidates
- Being an active partner to business leaders to identify the profiles they are looking for
- Proactively source potential candidates on LinkedIn, social media as well as other niche platforms
- You have an opportunity to bring your ideas on building and executing the employer branding initiatives
- Conduct interviews, assess their qualifications, motivations, salary expectations and fit to the company culture
- Able to provide the highest level of candidate experience from first contact to offer stage
