As one of the top managers of the company, you’ll have the overall responsibility for production operations within mechanics and integration production facility. You belong to the local leadership team. You will work together with the local leadership team and Scanfil global teams. Locally you will be responsible for strategical and operational developments for mechanics and integration.
Your main responsibilities as a functional leader will be:
taking care of product and service deliveries to customers in time and with the right quality
responsibility of continuous improvement of internal process quality with technical department
responsibility for Process Improvement savings projects execution
product Ramp-ups and Ramp-downs in line with technical and other departments
alternative and new manufacturing technology screening
process and product specific testing
safety and ESD implementation
continuous 5S follow up and corrective actions in production
keeping manufacturing facilities up to industrial standards; capacity adjustments according to the demand; productivity continuous improvement, production related KPI’s following, monitoring, developing and reporting
Your main responsibilities as team and people leader will be:
arrange production facility organization to best fit company’s needs.
adjust production manpower capacity.
arrange necessary trainings for production people.
recruitments together with HR Manager

Experience and skills set expected:
higher education (relevant degree in manufacturing, engineering, economy, or similar)
professional work experience minimum of 5 years in production management function
excellent understanding of manufacturing processes and capabilities
lean manufacturing mindset and experience
good understanding of process quality control methods
good understanding of 5S, Safety and ESD requirements and standards
basic understanding of problem solving methods
good understanding of statistical methods
basic understanding of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements and internal auditing methods
experience and willingness to work on a strategic, tactical and on an operational level.

good Estonian, English language skills (both in oral and written)
