We are looking for a Design Engineer at ABB Drives and Renewables unit. You will be working on customer projects in our Order Based Engineering team as a mechanical designer. In this position, you will work in close cooperation with our customers, sales, R&D, product management and production. The core of this role is designing cabinet built drives on customer orders. First and foremost we are looking for a good match with our team, a person with the right attitude and willingness to grow into this role.

• Finding solutions to customer applications for standard products
• Preparing technical documentation
• Coordinating project schedules
• Ensuring that design tasks are done with high quality and on time
• Management of prototype and pilot manufacturing
